The Novatel Merlin CDPD works, but check the archives for a couple of issues re: memory corruption. There's also a good setup guide by Mark Rollins (?). Got mine used on eBay for $25, they're $250 new.

If you have CDPD service in your area, it's good for 19.2Kbps, which is plenty for email and light web browsing. Verizon mobile IP is my Wireless IP (formerly Airbridge).
$24.99/mo unlimited use.

To put it simply, IT ROCKS!

Brian
