You could e-mail them.

You could use NewtSync to download the Notes Soup. It makes an XML file
that you can extract the text from.

You could beam them if you have a properly equipped powerBook. Or a
properly accessorized un-equipped Mac with an IR adapter.

You could use a USB -> serial cable and sync them into Newton
Connection Utilities running in Classic.

You could copy and paste each Note into a Wiki page.

You could have Macintalk read them out loud while you retype them.

You could use Sloup.

You could have the notes showing on screen, put the Newt face down on
top of a scanner, scan the screen and then run an OCR software on the
image.

You could fax them directly to the Mac and OCR the resulting faxes.

I'm spent. Anyone else?
