Oregon City? WOW, that's my home town! I graduated from OCHS in 1987!
Moved to PDX after graduation and now reside in San Francisco.

Glad to see there is at least one Newton faithful in OC! BTW, what
color is the elevator now? It was still "titty pink" last time I was
there, though I heard it got a paint job recently.

Anyway, to answer your question, there are no OSX-native package
installers that will work over Ethernet. However, Newton Connection
Utilities works fine in Classic mode under OSX, and will install
packages over Appletalk. So, for the time being, there is your
workaround.

I look forward to the day when a TCP/IP-based installer is produced for
OSX so we don't have to rely on Classic mode and Appletalk -- two
depricated technologies which will sooner or later go the way of the
Dodo.
