I'm a Newton newbie (a Newtbie?) and I'm not familiar with the serial
port setup or the SER-001, but what happens if you try to use a serial
dongle with a SER-001 installed? Also, is the rest of the NIC port

dongle, but I'd only buy a SER-001 if I knew I could use an audio
dongle as well.
One more thing: I've heard it's possible to build a pre-amp into an
audio dongle. Is this true?
