Well, as a service tech, I am pretty familiar with what voltage is. :) But,
an unloaded battery rated for 1.2v generally has a voltage of 1.5-1.6 volts
on it. Loaded it still, at full capacity, depending on load, can read more
than a 1.2v charge.

Yeah, it seems to be charging fine. I had a little chat with the Boys at BP
and because I was so impatient without my little green friend they didn't
prime the cells. We'll have them try that and see how it comes off...
