Two things: if you go to the Storage folder within Extras, and click on the Names icon, you should be able to find out how many records are on-board and how many are on the card, for example.

If you find there are ones on the card, then go back into the regular Names application, select the overview, and there's someway to select all the names.

You should be able to go into Names, access the overview , and then there's a [Check All] button at the bottom. Once they're all selected, the button to the right of that one, with a little file folder on it, will give you a dialog where you can say you want to file them on internal.

Should be a little slower going for the Notes and other applications, but you should be able to figure it out.
