There used to be a "company" that as actually a project for some university.
They were called "Power Pen Software." They produced a product that will do
what you want, and that actually had a transfer utility. I have no idea if
this transfer utility will still work with today's operating systems, but it
shouldn't hurt to try. The software used to be located on this ftp site:

Unfortunately, this folder seems to be gone. I did find it on Unna (of
course)!
