I would definitely pay for Mac OS X Sync! Probably in the $30 range
would be fair, I think.
FilePad sounds interesting too. Assuming it's easy to get data in and
out of I could think of a lot of uses for that. I mostly use OS X, but
some Classic Mac OS as well. If it's fairly full featured, I think $45
would be a good price (though it's not as much of a no-brainer for me
as the OS X Sync program!)
