I have no idea if that modem would work, or if there is a script for it, but
did you try picking up one of the modem script that are built-in? Make sure
that you specify the modem slot in your internet setup, just to be safe.

If you don't have Earthlink when you create a new setup, that's because
you're lacking one of the Newton Internet Enabler package, which I believe
was named "ISP Templates.pkg" or something like that.
