Well, the first thing to look for is your internet setup. If you're
unable to connect, then this is where the problem is. So, if you start
with your Bellsouth.net, how do you connect to that site? Dial-up
connection with a modem, or Ethernet through a DSL modem? That's the
first thing we need to know. If you tell us, they I'll be able to try to
walk you through the process of creating your internet setup properly.
Then, once you have a reliable connection, we'll be able to look at your
specific email settings. Once you have this setup working, you'll be
able (hopefully!) to use what you learned in order to create an
additional setup for your workplace.

I can connect, I can't surf or send mail so somewhere, and possibly everwhere, yours truly continues to miss the mark. I am trying to set up two connections, one through my personal e-mail at bellsouth.net and one, and even more importantly at my work at konica.com. Konica uses Outlook for mail at my work. Does this matter or prohbit anything? I could easily make this connection with my Windows based handheld, but with short battery life and a poor interface I much prefer my Newt.
