Just as a side note... Even if it hadn't been the character encoding problem
-- why would it have been Microsoft's fault if that particular company had
designed their site that way. There isn't anything inherent in MS's ASP that
would have caused it to be the case. So, encoding issue or not, it just seems
that you were trying to blame Microsoft for something not really remotely
related to them...
