Okay, testing done. On Apache 1.3.23 under Mac OS X 10.1.4 it seems
that the MIME type specifier line

        application/x-newton-pkg pkg

fails miserably (Web Hopper 3.2 gives up on the link), whereas

        application/x-newton-compatible-pkg pkg

lets WH install the package to my UMP2K. FYI.
