Yes and No. Same stuff but less fragmentation.

Yes, it's worth it. Use a soup tool and/or 'cleaner' from SBM Utilities. =
Just get rid of 'prefs.' leftover from deleted software and 'soups' that =
are no longer used.

Yup, you have to save the right ones and delete the unused ones *IF* you =
know which ones. The more you the better the Newt. works, it's a bumpy =
ride but worth it.
