It would be some kind of Lithium "coin cell" battery: probably a 2032 or a
2025. Uncommonly, a 2325 (I have some very old Fujitsu cards that use
these). If you find batteries like "DL2032" or "CR2025", the first two
letters are only the name of the manufacturer - the 4-digit number is the
battery size.
