  Wow! Thank you everyone. I truly appreciate all the personal opinions
that you all have given on the issue. If anything it is interesting to see
where everyone stands, albeit from an individual stance, on the topic.

  However since we can only generally speculate (except for the information
givne by Ed and Stanless Steel Rat), I also would love to see an URL to the
above mentioned legal ruling so that I can make my decision a bit more
objective.

  Nevertheless I greatly appreciate all of your time and feelings on the
discussion.
