[NTLK] ATA 1.0b13 normal speed

Hi all,

Does anyone except me get a normal speed with the beta 13? Say at
least 8 KB/s with Nick's TestIt
(http://www.logictools.de/newton/german/freeware.html)

Two users reported abnormal speeds.
