I think you'll have to modify those strings like this:

config string no EC:
AT&FV0E0&D2&C1S0=0

the other two strings:

AT&FV0E0&D2&C1S0=0+CBST=0,0,1

    The rest is configuring the internet connection with the data your provider
gave to you.
