It seems the "tricky" part might be detecting when the IP address changes
and updating the DYNDNS server.

Does NPDS Tracker already have methods for accomplishing this? If so, it
does indeed seem like a good idea to integrate the two.

NPDS Tracker is great for browsing lists of online NPDS servers, but DYNDNS
would work with NewtVNC and whatever other server-based apps should come
down the pike. Plus you could just give out the domain name of your
NPDS-enabled Newt to let anyone browse it that wanted to, without the need
to direct them first to the NPDS viewer web page.
