I have no idea what a error 0 is. Usually, positive error numbers are
hardware-related. I don't know if 0 falls in that category. Strange.

It was my understanding that Ethernet connections in NCU on Windows were not
possible. Seems like you got it somewhat working. The other alternatives, I
think, is the "Newton DIL Tester" (AKA Newton Browser) by Thomas Tempelmann
