I had good experiences with LookOut.
You can find it at
www.unna.org/unna/utilites/LookOut/
This is a trial version for 30 days or so.
You can fiddle around by deleting the LookOut Entry in the System Soup, but there is also a LookOut Demo Hack.
You will find it at:

Subject: [NTLK] New 2100

Just got myself a new 2100 from eBay - great condition and seems to have a
strong battery too.

On to the question: I'm looking for software that will allow my Newt to Sync
with Outlook. I'm already familiar with Outlink, but it seems like a weak
product that I don't feel is worth $70 (plus is doesn't do e-mail)

Any idea's?

On another syncing note - seems from what I've seen in the past few days of
Newton SW searching that most apps want their own serial connection and
therefore no two sync apps can be open at a time. Has anyone considered or
started working on some type of modular app to replace NCU and allow custom
plug-ins on the PC/MAC side to work with built-in and custom apps in the
Newt. I've heard that someone is working on a replacement for NCU but I
can't find any details on who's doing it and their www page.

Anyway - My 2100 has the stink to it also, anyone know where that comes
from? I've been keeping it running on AC to try to "cook" it off, all it
seems to be doing is making my TV room smell like a New Age shop.

Thanks for your time,

Fred
