I don't mind you asking. PowerON provides a 90 day warranty with every
peice of hardware they sell, I believe. (I am unsusre- The eMate was a
gift.) To end the story, I have decided to send the eMate back for
repairs and return, with pain, to my Palm IIIx until it comes back. When
it does, I will use the washer-trick mentioned earlier to prevent this
happening again. Thanks to everyone for all of their help!
