So I got everything back to normal. I had to boot back into OS 9 to
do it. Apparently, my Keyspan Twin ( 28x ) doesn't work under
Classic now? I upgraded to 10.1.2, and to 9.2.2. When I tried to
run the loopback diagnostic in Classic, it failed. I tried it in OS
9, and it worked flawlessly. Hrm.

Caveat.
