Er. Not really.
i/ World data, Countries, Cities, Time Zones, Currencies, all this is
in the Used value.
ii/ System RAM is not Internal store.

I think that your 4096 - 3523 = 573 KB is:
1. maybe some blocks to be able to erase blocks
2. maybe free space in blocks (dunno how total & used are computed)
3. definitely the first blocks of the flash that are not used for the
internal store
