This is the case I use. I love it. I have had a leathersmith add little
brass loops, and a shoulder strap and a hand strap that I can clip to these
things. With the shoulder strap, it looks like a purse, but they are quite
common here in Krakow, as well as the hand strap.

This case was actually available in three incarnations--the Calise case, the
BTI case (the loop held an external battery) and the Apple Communications
case. It is a perfect size, yet holds even A4 paper folded in half (but can
crinkle the edges if you aren't careful...)
