hmmm...lets see

I use TimeTrax for keeping up with my busy schedule. What I love
about this app is that it combines the calls-app, with dates and
to-do's and lets me view an enter/edit all my entries from within one
app...a real lifesaver! Also the three categories for ToDo's are
great. Before TimeTrax and didn't use Calls or ToDo at all...but
now...can't live without it. :-) TT also comes in handy when noting
my accountable hours which I have to report once a month to my boss.

In Notes I take notes at meetings, scribble down Ideas that come to
me -- sometimes even late at night (and yes, I take my Newton with me
to my bedroom :*) ). Outlines and Checklists are great for keeping
short Database-like stuff...i.e. who lent what from me, what presents
did I make last year to whom and what are there whishes for this
year,shopping lists etc. Dont use Voice-Notes though...got a
Telephon-Stationery before I found TimeTrax. Does the same as Calls
but better and lets me put an Alarm to the note...so...whenever
Dates/ToDo gets to small for some reason I use this stationery.

My Contacts are all in Names...I use AdressAccess though to look at
them an enter them and all...

somewhen back in the past -- before I made a small detour to both
Psion and Palm -- I used to do some e-mailing with Eudora,
Webbrowsing with Nethopper and Newsnet-News with Inkspot. Right now I
dont do this...most of the times I got my TiBook with me for this
kinda stuff.

ah...almost forgot: I use NewtDB to keep a log of my programming work
-- IMHO best DB-Program for the Newt ever. Used to generate a bill
for my boss once a month with it, back when I was a freelancer. on
this occasions my Newton PrintPack still comes in handy... :-) always
kept an export of this stuff on a Filemaker-DB on my Mac (sloup is
great for that!)

Sometimes I use the Newt as a fax machine...but not very often. Not
because it wont work but because most things are done by email
today... :*)

I love to read Newton-Books and play one or to little games (got
Scrawl's Mahjong and YAZI (Text-Adventure-Parser for old
Infocom-Adventures) and Minesweeper...of course :*) ...still looking
for a really good "snake"...once played Conquest a lot (Risk for
Newton)).

Frequently I've come to use Works more often for writing longish
mails or reports...or for keeping a list of my DVD-Collection.

All in all I've done almost everything once in a while, that I use my
PowerBook for now...even some basic Web-Editing and parts of my
diploma-thesis were written on my Newt a few years ago...started of
with an MP 130 and a Powerbook 5300 (yuk)...after 5 Months or so,
sold both and got a MP2k to fill the gap...okay...bought a PowerMac
shortly after that for work and games but still...the Newt is the
best! :*) (but...you probably all know this otherwise you woudln't be
reading this :*))) )

Ciao,
Markus.
