Not sure if this one's been reported or not...
There's this movie called "Taken" starring Dabney Coleman, which aired on
ABC tonight (Saturday), and in fact just ended a while ago. Anyway, the
opening sequence follows a burglar into an office where he removes a
painting from a wall to reveal a safe. He then proceeds to pull out of his
bag a little 'green' safe cracking device that he attaches to the safe with
a magnet or something. It was, of course a MP130. He flips open the lid,
and with the keyboard attached, he powers on the Newt and the backlight
fires up. He lays in some keystrokes, and voila! the safe is open.
I thought, hey cool, so I watched the rest of the whole dumb movie just to
see, and of course there were no more Newtons... There's 1:20 of my life
I'll never get back...
