Frankly, I do not want a wireless device (Bluetooth = 2,4GHz?) that is
sending and receiving all the time attached to my head. If the thing is just
activated once a call comes in, that is another story.
What does Bluetooth have to do with the need for earphones? ;)

Although Voice control may save the day hanging on a cliff with one hand, it
is, IMHO, usually useless outside due to background noise.
A combined earpiece/mike headset would be an option, but do you want to wear
that all day? It would have to very small and decent, and in addition,
should not obscure your hearing due to some plug in your ear. Once you have
a headset like that, it could also include fibreoptics that project the
picture right into your eye, no more need for that clumsy wristthingy ;)
