For a portable device to not have the ability to plug in just about
everywhere would seem to me to be a horrible oversight on the part of the
manufacturer. :-) I've asked several people I know who use portables, and
all of their power supplies work on 110-240 voltages, 50-60 hz. I have yet
to find somebody whose power supply for their portable only works on US or
"rest of the world" only. :-)
