If I understand you correctly, Listar is not sending a copy of the message
it rejects along with the rejection notice?? If that's the case, I agree
that ought to be changed if possible.

As far as referencing the huge message you intend to reply to, I don't see
any other alternative but to go to the archive to get the URL of the
message.

(List Dad: Could the URL under which a message will be archived be included
when that message is sent out to the list?? This would make it very easy to
refer to a URL rather than quote massive amounts of text.)
