The issue of the check box not staying checked came up quite some time ago.
There is another version of NetTime floating around that does not have this
bug. You might want to check on unna. If you don't have any luck let me
know and I can email you the fixed version.

Yep. I futzed around with the setting and that's the same thing I
discovered. Set it higher that the current difference and it will provide
a sync. Now, if I could just figure out why the "Auto Sync" checkbox
doesn't stay checked.
