Vocoder! This is a really cool program that allows you
to modify an audio file based on a carrier wave!
Totally cool and lots of fun. While not a direct
"Borg"ifyer, you can tweak it to make it sound "Borg"
like.

This is Windows only so sorry mac users...
I recommend that all windows users take a gander at
this guy's site! Everything he writes is clean and
small...the tighest code you will ever experience!
