Ahhh, Costco and other 'discounters'. Sounds like a 'gray market pen'. =
Some products are sold in certain countries due to regulations and/or =
availability of parts, but suppliers 'dump' to other countries wrong =
specs. Like when you buy a 'gray market camera', not a good idea.
I bought a stereo equipment ten years ago, from Adray's(gone out of =
business), took it home, AC wants 220-240v! It was 'not for sale in U.S.' =
but was cheap.
