I had one that had an integrated stylus in the tip of the pen. When the pen
was closed, it was a stylus--when open, a normal pen. It also had the
feature of having a pocket clip that fits in a Palm, and a reset pin in the
clicker--if you happen to have one of those kinds of PDAs. :-) It cost $6.99
at Circuit City, but I notice that there is a fancy, metal version available
now, that costs about $20-$30.
