According to the programmer's reference, -28016 is a "Docker" (NCU) error
with the description "Invalid header". I don't know what that means, but are
you sure you're trying to do a new backup, not an incremental one? It would
seem that NCU receives something it doesn't expect. You're using Newton
Connection Utilities, right?
