   Fair enough.. Of course, the goal of modern society also seems to get
everyone using Microsoft $PRODUCT. They have plenty of TLAs of their
own (COM, ASP, DLL,..) And they're programmers also inculcated with the
rather horrid Hungarian notation, so you get such strange type
declarations as (lpszDeviceName where a simple DeviceName, or
DeviceNamePtr would do just fine).
