Just to add my two cents to the debate. I bought a MP 2100 from MacEasy via
ebay (my other Newton is an upgraded 2000). Anyway the Newton was in
excellent shape. Screen clean with no significant scratches. The battery
actually holds a good charge. All clips in place. All original software
installed. Overall, I have been very pleased. Of course that was it, no
cables, keyboards, dongles, just the Newton (warning to newbies). I also
bought a leather case from them and although advertised as used, I swear it
must have been new. Their prices were good and they had a no DOA policy. I'd
buy from them again if I felt I needed a third Newt. I have bought newton
products from a couple of the other suppliers listed (philly discounters,
can't remember the others) and although the products were as advertised I
was just not as impressed with the quality of the product I received (a
little worn looking).
