Thanks Rich,
I am using NCU and have the Newt happily in dock mode. I press Newton
Works export in NCU and the dialogue box comes up saying "preparing
for transfer", and then comes up with a list of documents. I select
one and it says-
"Could not complete your request because the Claris XTND system is
not installed. Try reinstaling XTND."
I have Claris XTND in the Claris folder in the System folder on my
Mac and I have even tried copying it to the extensions folder but to
no avail. I must be doing something dumb. Any ideas?
Jim

If you want to exchange info from works you need to be using Newton
Connection Utilities.
You can export Text and rtf (if I remember correctly)

.. For Quick Figure you need Quick Figure Excange there are two versions I
think one for Quick figure Works and one for QF Pro. These are macros that
work with M$ Excell. (These work very well IMHO)

Keep the Green
Rich
