You just don't tell them, and don't use any carrier like Airborne and the
likes, because they will be too happy to charge you fees for customs
handling.

Just send an anonymous package through regular parcel service. Use AirMail
or Priority to expedite shipping. Usually, it will be less than $10 from the
US.
