CardEject from SBM. Freeware.
Just make sure you close any app. that has access to the card store(s).

When you have a problem with a card or a pkg. on the card, then press the
reset button, then take out the card quickly. Caveat--you might loose data
and/or corrupt data/pkg., since the card was in use by the system. Usually
no problems but you never know.
