Hello all,

I just got an eMate as a gift, and have found that it's unreasonably slow:

If I type "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" into the notepad,
when I have finished typing, the screen has only drawn "the quick brown
fox".

I was wondering if anyone knows of either a way to fix this, or of an
alternative to notepad for text entry that is faster. I realize the eMate
isn't a fast machine to start with, but my old Apple II was able to keep up
with my *typing*.
