i am running XP Pro on an IBM ThinkPad 390e. It runs NCU, as well as a bunch
of legacy software, perfectly. I notice alot of the Win2k crowd have been
running 'slowdown'. this might be necessary with XP , perhaps if you have
pentium 4, etc,, but not for me since the ThinkPad *just* meets the
requirements

good luck, windows is HUGE [1.5g]. How much space does OSX take up?

To make NCU work, most of the time in 2000 I need slowdown, is it the same
with XP?
