To repair a tip on the aluminum pen, I took the tip from the Cross pen replacement stylus and cut it down. I removed what was left of the original tip from the aluminum shaft and I fitted the Cross tip into the hole. I do not remember whether I used glue. I did have to shave the tip, so that the pen clicked in. jf
