Ah, if only that were true Napster would still be among us. It IS relevant
where one obtains his "backup" copy. These copies in question ARE, in the
US, illegally obtain copies. He has no right to distribute, make for
download or otherwise reproduce for the public. Did he obtain a
licence/permission to do so? NO.
Again, I really DO NOT care if you do this with this book or with any other
book, just don't try to pass it off as your right because the guy is dead or
I have the book or am going to buy the book, I think the book is in the
public domain, what about all the other books, etc. etc.
It does bother me that if someone wants some hacks/cracks to Newton software
people jump all over them on this list. Why? It's the SAME issue...copyright
infringement.
Again, I don't care just don't try to justify it went people call you on it.
