NOTE: Depending on how many people reply to the
shareware appeal I will make lots more.

The probability of more newton books will also go up
if someone tells me off list what utility to convert a
newton book or to generate a palmbook, e.g. "what is
paperback for the palm".

Note that I am only interested in freeware tools.

Happy to make scads of newton books if I can also just
as easily make scads of palm books.
