[NTLK] AW: Ethernet to PC

Connecting the Newt's EtherCard directly to the PC with a "standard" RJ45 cable would not work,
because one transmitter will then fight against the other one.
Either You use an Ethernet Hub or Switch, or there are special (cross) cables to connect directly without Hub.

Betreff: [NTLK] Ethernet to PC

Trying to connect my Newt with a 3Com ethernet card directly
to my PC (no router), for file transfers, NewtShare, etc.
Got all the files on my Newt... think I'm good here. How
do I get the two talking? If anyone has done this, please
shoot me some pointers!

Thanks...

John Powell
