They are in no hurry at all to deal with anything that might reduce
their profit. I once complained about the fact that there are
heaps of "auctions" from people who don't have to sell anything,
but are looking for things. They told me it is difficult to spot these.
Which made me suggest they use their own search engine to search for
the words "Suche" and "gesucht" (both german terms for "looking for).
I took the liberty do do this for them and send them the links to
the search results pages in my mail, showing about 500 "auctions" like
that. That was the last I ever heard from them. And it was one of the
few times I heard from them at all. Most times you do not get a reply
at all or an automated one that strives to not answer anything that
might have been asked. Support probably reduces profits, too (at least
some seem to believe this).
