Yes, it is supposed to have a "dock" icon. Do NOT use the dock button on
the keyboard, this evokes the "classroom dock" mode, which does not work
with NCU. If you cannot find a dock icon, do a backup of your relevant data
on a card, then do a brainwipe (hard reset).
