So you hosers are drivin me nuts, eh?
Some of the facts you've gotten straight. It is cheddar cheese curds,
but not after the orange dye has been put in. To get it this way you
probably need to drive out of the city to the source. For the gravy;
a good thick beef gravy should suffice (plenty of salt!) and the
fries should be home-cut style so there's something there to hold the
cheese and gravy to your ribs!

first the fries, then the curds, then the gravy.... then wait. The
curds melt really quick. then get the fork...

i'm wordering if they have it down in new orleans? what with the
cajun migration that brought the french from canada to the states.

and in the eloquent but direct words of bob and doug mackenzie: if ya
don't like 'em.... Take off, eh!
