I use the 57600 serial package when I have to connect to my PC's - both
running W2k, and using slowdown (top slider full right, bottom slider full
left). One is a PIII-733, and the other is PIII-667.

I don't remember where I got it, but it works - I've submitted it to UNNA.
Oh yeah, you have to hack the registry to be able to get the 57600 to work
under NCU. I'll try to find the info when I get back next week.
