I think we're enjoying a bit of a mix-up as to what is a "static" or
"dynamic" URL...

Apple's TIL articles aren't static webpages, they haven't been for ages.
They're generated on the fly by Apple's webservers. But what was meant here,
is that the URLs that appear in the location field of your browser when you
display an article found through the new knowledgebase search engine, can't
be bookmarked or passed on, because it is only valid for that particular
session.
